Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Share clear photos showing the defect, damage, or wrong product

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

    • Minor variations in color or design (due to lighting, printing process, or screen settings)

    • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return request:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We’ll notify you by email once your refund is processed.

In some cases, we may offer to replace the product instead of a refund.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
